微信公众号对游客行为意图的影响——以昆明大观公园为例

         

摘要

In recent years, the rapid development of WeChat public account has a certain impact on tourists' behavioral intentions. Taking the Daguan Park as the research object, the influence of the official WeChat public account on the behavior intention of the park visitors is sdudied. 400 questionnaires were distributed to park visitors and the survey data were examined by structural equation modeling. The results show that the public number of WeChat will not directly affect the tourists'behavioral intentions.%近年来微信号公众号发展迅速,对游客的行为意图有一定的影响.以大观公园为调查研究对象,研究了大观公园官方微信公众号对公园游客行为意图的影响.向公园游客发放了400份问卷,并通过结构方程模型检查了调查数据.结果表明大观公园微信公众号不会直接影响游客的行为意图,但可通过游客满意度间接影响游客行为意图.
