应用技术型大学人才培养机制转型研究

         

摘要

With the expansion of higher education and transformation of economy and society, demand of talent needs to be diversified and structured, and there is a trend of classification in higher education. In June 2014, the State Council issued "the decision to accelerate the development of modern vocational education," and made it clear to develop University of Applied Sciences. In this study, first we analyze the connotation of University of Applied Sciences, and put forward that the transition of training mode is the key step in University of Applied Sciences development, and discuss the construction of training mode from training objectives, admission requirements, curriculum,practices systems and teaching staff.%随着高等教育规模的扩大和社会经济转型的持续推进,人才需求呈现多样化和结构化特征,出现高等教育分类发展、分类管理的趋势.2014年6月,国务院印发的《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》明确提出引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型.本研究从应用技术型大学转型的内涵剖析入手,提出人才培养机制的转型是应用技术型大学转型的关键和核心,探讨了从培养目标、入学要求、课程体系、实践实训体系和师资队伍等几方面人进行才培养机制转型的建构.
