本文结合实际提出了区域虚拟企业间续式结盟机制.在此基础上运用效用理论构造了盟主企业与联盟企业在任务协同过程中所涉及的成本、时间和服务等资源的效用函数,并建立了虚拟企业间冲突与协调模型.分别从任务建立、变更和索赔各阶段对冲突的协调解决进行分析和诠释.%The intermittent alliance system of regional virtual enterprises is put forward connected with the reality. Based on it, the utility functions of the relative cost, time and service resource in the mission cooperation between alliance leader and alliance numbers by means of utility theory and the virtual collision and harmony model is build. Finally, the analysis and annotation is made from the harmony between the collision with every part such as task building,alteration and claim for compensation.
