高等职业教育旨在培养适应现代化建设需求的适用性人才.本文以湖南工程职业技术学院水工环专业为研究对象,深入研究分析了该专业实践中存在的"短板"及其成因.在此基础上,尝试以"职业人"理论为指引,设计优化高职院校实践的基本策略和具体路径.%The higher occupation education is to cultivate talents for adapting to the needs of modernization. This paper takes Hunan Vocational College of Engineering hydraulic major as the research object,in-depth researches and analyzes the"short board"and its causes of this professional practice.On this basis,it tries to take"occupation"theory as a guide,design and optimize the basic strategy and specific path of practice in higher vocational colleges.
