本文根据新疆人影标准化作业点的建设与要求,参照《(安全防范工程的程序与要求》等相关国标、部标及相关规定等,提出一套采用MPEG/H.264编码,支持CBR和VBR等码流控制技术,支持远程维护的高清视频无线传输系统设计方案.%According to construction of Xinjiang silhouette standardized operation point and the requirements,and according to the relevant national standard such as "Procedures and Requirements of Safety Prevention Engineering",and the relevant provisions of the Ministry and other related procedures and requirements,this paper put forward a set of design scheme of HD video wireless transmission system which uses the MPEG/H.264 coding,supports CBR and VBR coding stream control technology and supports remote maintenance.
