特色小镇做为“小城镇大战略”,是我国新型城镇化在新时期、新常态下的“新举措、新模式”.由浙江试点在全国发展,预计到2020年全国将建成1000个左右特色小镇,价值工程在特色小镇建设中的应用能有效提升特色小镇的价值.笔者针对特色小镇建设过程中应用价值工程的几个方面进行探析.%As a "grand strategy of small towns",featured small towns are "new measures and new models" in the new era and new normal of China's new urbanization.With the development of Zhejiang province in China,it is estimated that 1,000 or so special towns will be built in China by 2020.The application of value engineering in the construction of featured towns will effectively enhance the value of special towns.The author analyses several aspects of value engineering in the construction of characteristic town.
