高速公路建设工程面临着建设成本、投资控制、质量、工期要求、施工安全及廉政等多目标考核.建立一个科学合理、全面完善且操作性较强的高速公路建设工程绩效评价体系具有重要意义.本文采用层次分析法进行指标赋重,以安徽高速公路建设工程为例,从四个维度构建了较为合理的高速公路建设工程绩效评价体系,以此提高高速公路建设管理单位的绩效评价水平.%Expressway construction project is faced with multi-objective assessment of construction cost,investment control,quality,duration requirements,construction safety and clean government.It is of great significance to establish a scientific and reasonable,comprehensive and well-behaved expressway construction project performance evaluation system.in thispaper,the AHP method is used to evaluate the index weight,and a more reasonable expressway construction project performance evaluation system is built from four dimensions by taking the Anhui expressway construction project as the case,so as to improve the performance evaluation level of expressway construction management unit.
