In recent years,the pace of development of colleges and universities continues to accelerate,campus maintenance projects gradually entered the peak period of maintenance,the scale is also increasing,and maintenance work has gradually become the main task of logistics.Based on the analysis of the maintenance work characteristics,combined with the actual situation of work,the existing problems of maintenance work are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,to improve the work of maintenance management of university logistics.%近年来,我国高校发展步伐不断加快,校园维修项目逐渐进入维修高峰期,规模也越来越大,维修工作逐渐成为后勤工作的主要任务.在分析高校维修工作特点的基础上,结合工作实际情况,对目前维修工作存在的问题作了简要分析并提出了相应的对策,以期能更完善高校后勤维修管理工作.
