学徒制背景下高职院校教师胜任力研究

         

摘要

The development of modern apprenticeship has injected new connotations into teachers' competencies and put forward new requirements.This paper uses the event interview method and the investigation method to obtain the factors of higher vocational college teachers' competence in the new teaching mode,and establishes the teacher's competency model from three aspects:accomplishment,professionalism and humanistic accomplishment,which provides reference for selection,assessment,and training of higher vocational college teachers,and is conducive to the construction of higher vocational college teachers and colleges to enhance the overall competitiveness.%现代学徒制的开展,为教师胜任力注入了新的内涵,提出了新的要求.文章采用事件访谈法及调查法,获取新的教学模式下,高职院校教师胜任力要素,建立了专业素养、职业素养和人文素养三个维度的高职院校教师胜任力模型,为高职院校教师选拔、考核、培训提供了思路和参考,有利于高职院校教师队伍建设和学院整体竞争力的提升.
