出境旅游规模持续增长,旅游者所面临的安全风险不断升级,做好风险防控、保障旅游者安全是出境旅游健康发展的基础.出境旅游安全风险包括自然灾害风险、公共卫生风险、社会安全风险和事故灾难风险四种类型,具有广泛性、复杂性、类型集中性等特点.文章从自然条件、社会因素、经营管理因素和旅游者几方面分析了安全风险产生的原因,并提出了防控对策.%The scale of outbound tourism continues to grow and the security risks faced by tourists are escalating,so to do well risk prevention and control and ensure the safety of tourists are the basis of the healthy development of outbound tourism.The security risk of outbound tourism includes four types,including natural disaster risk,public health risk,social security risk and accident disaster risk,which are extensive,complex and concentrated.This paper analyzes the causes of safety risks from the aspects of natural conditions,social factors,management factors and tourists,and puts forward the countermeasures.
