新型HDS耐磨钢板火焰气割工艺优化

         

摘要

Wear-resistant steel plate HDS is the latest introduced wear-resistant materials,and the flame gas cutting performance of this material is poor.In order to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency,the new HDS wear-resistant steel plate (thickness of 30mm-60mm) oxygen-natural gas flame cutting process was optimized.The results show that the oxygen-natural gas flame cutting quality and flammability efficiency of the new HDS wear-resistant steel plate can be improved by preheating (200 ℃ above) and pre-heating method.%耐磨钢板HDS是公司最新引进的耐磨材料.该材料火焰气割性能差.为了降低产品制造成本,提高生产效率,对新型HDS耐磨钢板(板厚30mm-60mm)氧—天然气火焰气割工艺进行了优化.结果表明:通过气割前预热(200℃以上)和使用前置预热方法的工艺优化可提高新型HDS耐磨钢板的氧—天然气火焰气割质量和火焰气割效率.
