The archives management mode of department filing is the important measure of the construction unit to enhance the management level of the archives.The advantages of the department filing also require the construction unit departments to organize the archival documents.By taking the China Railway 23rd Construction Bureau Co.,Ltd.as the case,this paper introduces the work flow and duties division of department filing in the archives management of the construction unit,and puts forward the existing problems in the implementation of department filing and proposes corresponding suggestions.%施工单位推行部门立卷的档案管理模式是施工单位提升档案管理水平的重要举措,部门立卷具有的优势也要求施工单位各部门系统整理归档文件资料.文章以中铁二十三局集团为例,介绍了在施工单位推行部门立卷的档案管理模式的工作流程、职责划分,并就当前施工单位推行部门立卷存在的问题,提出了相应的建议.
