随着多媒体教学的广泛开展,多媒体设备的应用越来越普遍,但不恰当的管理造成了极大的资源浪费.本文以青岛理工大学现代教育中心配备的多媒体设备为例,运用价值工程的原理,使用0-1评分法计算各设备功能重要性系数,利用价值工程法求出各设备的价值系数,运用最合适区域法确定价值分析对象.价值分析结果表明,教师用计算机功能重要性系数和成本系数不符,在管理和采购过程中应当放在首要地位.%Following the development of multimedia education,the usage of multimedia devices have been increasingly popular,but the unproper management of these devices caused great waste of resource.This article selected the multimedia devices in modem education center from Qingdao University of Technology as an example,based on the value engineering principle,used 0-1 score method to calculate the function importance coefficient of each devices,applied value engineering method to get the value index.Lastly,the value analysis object is ensured according to the most reasonable region method.The value analysis result showed that the function importance coefficient and the cost coefficient of the teacher-using-computers are not matched,it should be put at the leading positon during management and purchase.
