近几年,在网购兴起背景下,快递业发展迅速,伴随而生的是快递包装的大量使用以及带来的环境污染以及资源浪费.本文在分析了当前"末端回收"回收模式的现状以及存在的问题基础上,提出了一种基于"谁使用,谁治理"的"全流程治理"的回收利用模式,从快递包装的使用源头开始,全物流过程管理快递包装,实现快递包装的有效回收以及可持续发展.%Recent years, in the background of online shopping, the express industry has developed rapidly, accompanied by a large number of express packaging, as well as the environmental pollution and waste of resources. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of recycling mode, the paper puts forward a recycling model based on "whole process". This model is dominated by third party recycling enterprises, all enterprises cooperate with each other, consumers consciously participate, business platform record consumer's recycling behavior and reward,to achieve effective recovery of express packaging and sustainable development.
