防治污染、改善环境是区域协调发展的内在要求，工业污染是京津冀大气污染的主要成因，已影响到人们的生活质量。本文采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，从京津冀工业污染特征、污染治理现状方面分析了京津冀工业污染及其治理现状，对比分析了京津冀三地工业污染治理投资规模、资金来源、投资结构。最后，从现状分析中找出京津冀工业污染存在的问题，并针对问题提出有效对策。%It is inherently necessary to prevent and control pollution, and improve the environment for regional coordinated development. Industrial pollution is the main cause of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and also the quality of our life is severely affected. It is analyzed from the perspectives of the polluted industrial trait and controlledactuality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, by using qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The controlled situation of three regions———Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, is researched by comparative analysis method, from three aspects of investment scale, capital sources, and investment structure. In the basis of the situation analysis, the problems of industrial pollution in the regions is figured out, and problem-effective countermeasure is finally proposed.
