仿真教学在PLC教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

现代工业控制中可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,其应用日益广泛,需要大量既能进行电气接线又能根据控制要求进行编程调试的人员.职业院校在培养此类技术人才的过程中,因为实训条件的欠缺及安全方面的考虑,教学偏重于原理,学生动手实践能力欠缺,难以满足日后工作岗位的要求,无法实现学校到企业的零衔接.通过引入PLC仿真教学软件,可有效解决此问题,学生可通过仿真软件进行硬件接线,同时编制程序进行调试,出现故障后进行排除.形成一套进行PLC控制设计的完整思路,进而进行实物操作,既保证了教学过程的安全,学习效果也大大改善.%In the modern industry control, programmable logic controller (PLC) is used as the core, and its application is increasingly wide. It needs a lot of people who can carry out the electrical connection and program debugging according to the control requirement. Vocational Colleges in the process of training such technical personnel, because of the lack of training conditions and safety considerations, teaching emphasis on principles, students practice ability is lack, it is difficult to meet the requirements of future work, and they cannot achieve the zero convergence from school to the industry. Through the introduction of PLC simulation teaching software, this problem can be effectively solved, students can carry out the hardware wiring through the simulation software, and the preparation of the program debugging is carried out after the failure. A complete set of PLC control design ideas is formed, and then the physical operation carried out to ensure the safety of the teaching process and improve learning effect.
