连续钢桁架桥结构整体节点应力分析

         

摘要

In recent decades, along with the increase of steel truss bridge span and the develop-ment of welding technology, the integral joint began to widely used in steel truss bridge. With the popularization of steel truss bridge, analysis of the integral joint of this kind of bridge has gradually become the designers of the attention problem. In this paper, the Shangshen bridge as the engineer-ing background, based on the finite element sofeware ANSYS the integral joint stress of the bridge are analyzed, obtained in the most unfavorable condition of integral joint stress distribution nephogr-am, which proved that the rationality of the integral joint structural design, and give the total evalua-tion of the integral joint performance. The analysis results provide reference data for research and reasonable design of steel truss bridge in future.%近几十年来,随着钢桁架桥跨度的增大以及焊接技术的成熟,整体节点开始在钢桁架桥中广泛应用。随着钢桁架桥的普及,这类桥梁的整体节点分析逐渐成为了设计人员关心重视的问题。本文以上莘大桥为工程背景,基于ANSYS有限元软件对该桥的整体节点应力进行了分析,得出了在最不利工况下整体节点应力分布云图,从而证明了整体节点构造设计的合理性,并对整体节点性能给出总的评价。分析结果为今后钢桁架桥的研究与合理设计提供了相关的参考数据。
