电厂汽水取样水回收改造分析研究

         

摘要

This paper expounds the scheme design and construction technology of the steam and water sampling system optimization of 2í330MW unit in Hunchun Power Plant in detail and further studies the significant safety and economic benefits for thermal power plants by the steam and water sampling system. After the transformation, the two 330MW units in Hunchun Power Plant can recycle the qualified demineralized water 13245.12t every year, the annual benefit is 530000 yuan. The feasibility of the popularization and application of sampling and recovery in the coal-fired power plant is obtained.%在对珲春电厂2×330MW机组汽水取样系统优化改造的方案设计及施工工艺详细阐述的基础上深入研究了汽水取样系统优化对火电厂带来的显著的安全效益和经济效益,改造后珲春电厂两台330MW机组每年可回收合格除盐水13245.12吨,年效益达53万元,得出了取样水回收在各火力发电厂推广应用的可行性。
