基于钻孔水压致裂法地应力测试设备的优化

         

摘要

Drilling hydraulic fracturing method is used in measuring crustal stress because this measurement method is simple and the measurement depth is deep, it does not involve elastic parameters of rock and can accurately measures the crustal stress and strength of coal seam to ensure the safety of the high pressure working environment. However, due to the use of single loop device and double loop device, the accuracy and efficiency is low. So, this paper mainly analyzes its working principle to put forrward the optimization scheme to find the key link of the two sets of devices. Thus, the relief valves are be transformed to combine the two sets of devices. The test results show that the optimized scheme is feasible, the modification is reasonable, the water stop effect is good and the quality is light, volume is small, the operation is more applicable to coal mine deep operations.%水压致裂法应用于地应力的测量,是因为其测试方法简捷测量深度大,又不涉及岩体弹性参数,并且能够准确地测量出地应力以及煤层强度,从而保障高压工作环境下的安全性。但是由于运用单回路与双回路两套装置,导致准确率降低、效率低下。因此本文主要通过对其工作原理的分析提出优化方案,找到两套装置的链接关键,从而对溢流阀进行改造将两套装置结合。试验结果表明:优化方案可行,改造合理,止水效果好并且质量轻、体积小,操作便捷适用于煤矿井下深部作业。
