In order to achieve the goal of sustainable development, state grid Xingtai Power Supply Company established a life cycle asset management system. This paper introduced the"three-in-one"management mode:asset as core, stages linking, and closed loop whole process management. The related technology and management experience are introduced, including Strategy and performance evaluation of assets, program planning, procurement bidding, project construction, operations, maintenance and decommissioning disposal aspects of content and effect.%阐述了国网邢台供电公司为适应可持续发展目标而建立的资产全寿命周期管理体系，详细介绍了以资产为核心、各阶段互相衔接、全过程管理闭环贯通的“三流合一”管理模式。分别介绍了相关技术及管理经验，主要包括资产策略及绩效评估、规划计划、采购招标、工程建设、运维检修、退役处置等方面内容及实施效果。
