Based on the cost control of project construction, this paper analyzes the present situation of the project construction cost control, deeply analyzes the problems of cost control in project construction, expounds the causes of problems, discusses the methods of cost control and provides reference for the project construction cost control of the construction enterprises.%本文以项目施工成本控制为主线，着重分析了项目施工成本控制的现状，并对项目施工中遇到的成本控制问题进行了深入剖析，阐述了问题产生的原因，论述了成本控制的方法，为施工企业项目施工成本控制起到了较强的借鉴作用。
