浅论加强高泥质软岩巷道支护

         

摘要

石沟驿煤矿010607工作面回顺在回采过程中,由于受采空区侧向应力以及采空区水对巷道围岩的影响,巷道围岩出现了整体变形,表现为顶板下沉、两帮整体变形以通过对巷道破坏原因进行分析,在010610回顺掘进时提出了从巷道的初次支护、表面封闭、隔离采空区水以及泥岩改性等方面对加固方案进行探讨,以保证巷道在回采时能够保证围岩的稳定及严重的底鼓,在回采时巷道需要频繁返修,严重影响了矿上的正常生产。%In the stoping process of 010607 Face in Shigouyi Coal Mine, because of the lateral stress in the goaf and the effect of goaf on surrounding rock of roadway, the surrounding rock of roadway has the overall deformation such as the heaving floor roof subsidence, the overall deformation of scalings and the serious heaving floor. In the stoping process, the roadways need frequent repair, it seriously affects the ormal production of mine. Through the analysis of the causes of roadway damage, the reinforcement schemes are discussed from the first support, surface sealing, the water of isolated goaf and the modified mudstone in the 010610 tunnelling to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway in the stoping.
