建筑工程的预算管理是保证工程质量和按期完成的重要工作，其预算的准确性直接对工程的招标、施工的顺利开展有着直接的影响。预算工作也是投资者进行利润估计的重要依据，因此，做好建筑工程的预算工作是工程顺利开展和进行到竣工的前提条件。本文从建筑工程的预算工作中的现状及存在的问题作出分析，探讨具体工作中的改进措施，从而形成系统有效的全面预算管理体系，为建筑行业的发展提供帮助和参考。%The budget management of construction engineering is an important work to guarantee the quality and finish of the engineering, the accuracy of its budget is directly related to the project bidding, smoothly development of the engineering. The budget is also an important basis for the investor toestimate profit. So, do a good job for the budget is the premise condition for the smooth construction engineering and completion. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction engineering budget, explores the specific improvement measures in the work to form effective comprehensive budget management system and offer help and reference for the development of construction industry.
