Through investigation to the basic living situation of migrant workers in Ningbo, this paper finds out the reason affecting urban migrant workers life happiness, and proposes the corresponding solution . We will carry out randomly stratified sampling investigation in five boroughs of Ningbo and have a thorough understanding of migrant workers’basic life present situation in Ningbo and the causes influencing the migrant workers life happiness and problems. On the basis of the investigation, the reasons affecting the migrant workers life happiness are analyzed from living situation, job and income, social security situation, the condition of spiritual life, natural environment and interpersonal communication. On the basis of the existing legislation, the solutions to improve migrant workers life happiness are explored. We will improve the migrant workers public service and management system, and promote sound and rapid social development.%通过对宁波市务工人员的生活基本现状进行调查，找出影响城市务工人员生活幸福度的原因，并提出相应的解决方案。将在宁波市五个区进行随机分层抽样调查，深入了解宁波市务工人员的生活基本现状及其影响务工人员生活幸福度的原因和存在的问题。在调查的基础上，对调查现状进行解剖，从居住状况、工作及收入情况、社会保障情况、精神生活状况、自然环境、人际交往这六个不同角度全面分析影响务工人员生活幸福度的原因。在现有立法的基础上，寻求提高务工人员生活幸福度的解决方法。完善务工人员公共服务与管理体系，推进社会又好又快发展。
