This paper uses the questionnaire survey to analyze the influence of economic factors, institutional factors, social factors and information factors on the compulsory educational equality in Hebei Province and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.%本文采用问卷调查法，对影响河北省义务教育公平的经济因素、制度因素、社会因素和信息因素进行分析，并提出了相应的建议。
