高职院校“2+1”人才培养模式下顶岗实习管理工作评价指标体系研究

         

摘要

本文将“2+1”人才培养模式下顶岗实习管理工作的考核和评价作为研究对象,提出一套科学合理、定性与定量结合、具有可操作性的评价指标体系。这套体系针对顶岗实习过程的质量监控关键点,以学生可持续发展能力培养为目标,突出责任驱动和利益驱动双重管理,以期对高职院校顶岗实习工作水平的提升有所裨益。%This article studies the assessment and evaluation for the management of post practice management under the "2+1"personnel training mode. A scientific and reasonable evaluation index system integrating evaluation index system evaluation is proposed. This system orients at the key points in the quality monitoring and control of post practice, aims at training students' sustainable development ability, highlights responsibility and task driven management, so as to be helpful for the improvement of post practice management level of higher vocational college.
