The roof concrete of the third floor of students' apartment appears meteorism and desquamation, it affects the normal use of the apartment and brings the safety hidden trouble for the structure. In this paper, the common causes of the phenomenon of the concrete meteorism and desquamation are summarized and analyzed. Combined with engineering example, this paper analyzes the causes of damage to the project, expounds the identification method of the structural disease caused by f-CaO to provide reference basis for the actual project appraisal analysis.%学生公寓三层顶板混凝土出现鼓胀、脱落，影响了该公寓的正常使用，给该结构带来了安全隐患。本文对引起混凝土出现鼓胀、脱落现象的常见因素进行了总结分析。结合工程实例，分析了引起该工程损伤的原因，阐述了由游离氧化钙f-CaO引起的结构病害的鉴定方法，为实际工程鉴定分析提供参考依据。
