双组桁三角挂篮在高墩大跨连续梁中的应用

         

摘要

With the constructing of large-scale high-speed railway in mountain area of Southwest China, the number of high pier large-span cantilever beam set for spaning valleys is increased. The design, calculation and application of the double girder purlin triangle hanging basket of Chahe Large Bridge have certain representativeness. Through summarizing the experience of the design and calculation process in the construction application of double girder purlin triangle hanging basket, the basket direction, positioning, pouring and beam body linear control in the construction are strengthened. The construction of Chahe continuous beam bridge is effectively finished with high quality.%随着西南山区高速铁路的大规模建设,为跨越沟谷而设置的高墩大跨悬臂浇筑连续梁也随之增多,岔河特大桥双组桁三角挂篮的设计、计算及应用,具有一定的代表性,通过总结双组桁三角挂篮的设计、计算过程及在施工应用中的经验,在施工中加强挂篮走行、定位、浇筑及梁体线形控制工作,优质高效地完成了岔河桥连续梁施工。
