《财务管理》课程是一门应用性与实践性较强的课程。针对目前课程教学存在教学形式单一、轻视实践环节与忽视过程考核不足，在分析《财务管理》课程教学与翻转课堂契合性的基础上，提出基于翻转课堂的《财务管理》课程教学设计，旨在提高课堂教学效果。%Financial Management is an application oriented course. The defects include single teaching form, contempt practice teaching and ignore the process of assessment at present. In order to improve the effect of teaching, the teaching design of financial management based on turning-classroom is given, which is on the basis of the analysis of the flip between financial management and turning-classroom.
