金属非金属矿山提升制动系统减速度测试方法探究

         

摘要

提升系统在运行过程中由于故障、事故等原因,需要紧急制停时,不但需要有足够的制动力矩,对制动减速度也是有安全要求的。满载下放时,应检查减速度的最低极限,是为了使提升系统在紧急情况下,能够尽快制动住;满载提升时,应检查减速度的最高极限,是为了防止制动时提升侧的钢丝绳的张力过大,防止多绳提升系统提升钢丝绳和主轴装置之间打滑,或使单绳系统提升机卷筒载荷过大,造成提升事故。%When the lifting system needs emergency stop due to fault or accident, it not only requires enough braking torque, but also has safety requirements for braking deceleration. We should check the minimum limit of deceleration before lowering full load, and check the max limit of deceleration before lifting full load, so as to ensure that the tension of lifting wirerope is not too strong, and prevent slippage between the lifting wirerope and the main shaft equipment or overload of the lifter coiling block, which may cause lifting accidents.
