在农村集体土地承包经营权确权登记发证工作中，通过改进外业调查的固有模式，采用无人机航测成图作为调查底图，丰富了调查的方法，改进了工作流程，提高了工作效率。本文介绍了湟中县土门关乡农村集体土地经营权发证工作中的外业调查作业流程，此方法具有速度快、效率高和节省人力等优点。%In rural collective land contracted management right work, improving the inherent mode of field investigation, using the UAV aerial mapping as the survey base map can enrich the survey methodology, improve the work flow and work efficiency. This paper introduced the field investigation processes of rural collective land contracted management right in Tumenguan township, Huangzhong county, this method had the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency and manpower saving and so on.
