Combined with the costruction of tunnel crossing the railway under the condition of dynamic load in the 207 Songdong section of the first phase of Dalian subway, this paper introduces the related technologies of acrossing the railway by the mining method construction and analyzes rapidly, safely and reliably passing the railway under the conditions of ensuring safety, saving time and reducing the cost of subway tunnels to provide reference for similar projects.%结合大连地铁一期工程207标松东区间在动载条件下矿山法隧道穿越铁路的施工，介绍矿山法施工穿越铁路的相关技术，对地铁区间隧道保证安全、节约工期、降低成本的条件下快速、安全、可靠的穿越铁路进行了分析，为同类工程提供借鉴。
