高校是教学和科研主阵地。科研项目管理是高校科研工作的重点内容，是记录和管理科研成果的主要手段。基于项目生命周期的科研项目管理方法是当前高校普遍使用的一种管理手段。它有助于合理配置项目资源、调控监督项目进度、降低成本与风险、确保项目按期完成，最大限度的达到预期目标。本文将结合广东高校科研项目管理现状，通过管理实践来验证这种管理方法的可行性。%The university is the main position of teaching and research. Scientific research project management is the main content of scientific research in university, it is a major mean to record and manage scientific research achievements. The management of scientific research projects based on project life cycle is a management mean widely used in the present universities. It is helpful to reasonably collocate the project resources, regulate the supervision and project schedule, reduce the cost and risk, ensure project completed on schedule and achieve the expected goals. Combined with the present situation of scientific research project management of the unversities in Guangdong, this paper verifies the feasibility of this management method through practice.
