Mobile learning is a new type of learning after the online learning model. The model breaks the geographical and time limitations, lets the learning activity extends to the outside of the campus and helps learners anytime, anywhere to carry out learning activities. Based on the survey of the learning needs and the state of mobile learning of college students in Henan province, and combined with the objective form and development trend of mobile APP educational software, this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses mobile learning APP software. The feasibility of applying mobile learning in modern long-distance education as well as the research and development strategy for APP in software are proposed.%移动学习是继网络在线学习后出现的新型学习模式.该模式打破了地域、时间限制,让学习活动延伸到校园外,使学习者可以随时随地的开展学习活动.本文基于调查河南省在校大学生的移动学习需求和状态的基础上,结合我国移动APP教育软件目前存在的客观形态和发展趋势对移动学习APP软件的优势和不足进行分析.提出移动学习在现代远程教学中应用的可行性的同时提出APP教育软件的研究思路和研发策略.
