基于多目标遗传算法的军队日常维修经费配置研究

         

摘要

针对我军日常维修经费配置方法的低效、不合理以及操作难大等问题,在对企事业单位现行比较流行的多目标遗传算法分析研究的基础上,结合我军实际构建了基于网络遗传算法的军队日常经费配置模型,对多层级多路径进行分配单位路径选择,挑选出更为科学、合理的经费分配路径,使原有经费配置方式得到优化,最后提高经费的配置效益。%According to the low efficiency, unreasonable and difficult operation problems in allocation method of daily maintenance funds of PLA, this paper analyzes and researches on the multi objective genetic algorithm which is popular in enterprises and institutions, combined with the reality of the army constructs the army's daily budget allocation model based on genetic algorithm. For multi layer and multi path, it selects a more scientific, reasonable allocation of funds, so that the original allocation of funds can be optimized, and finally it can improve the allocation efficiency of funds.
