基于供应链视角的品牌建设研究

         

摘要

Brand is an important embodiment of the enterprise and even the country's competitive power. Now It has entered the era of brand competition and brand consumption,the brand is more and more become the focus of popular attention. Who can walk in the forefront of the brand construction,create a famous brand and a strong brand,who will be able to win the competition. But the traditional brand-building ideas ignored the supply chain management issues,enterprises should think about the strategy of brand construction from the perspective of supply chain management,strengthen the effective control of supply chain operation,act brand construction as a strategic means to improve the quality of the supply chain operation,enhance the competitive ability of the supply chain,thus can cultivate a famous brand and a strong brand,make sure the enterprise last for a long time.%品牌是一个企业乃至国家竞争实力的重要体现。现在已经进入到品牌竞争和品牌消费的时代,品牌越来越成为人们关注的焦点。谁能够走在品牌建设的前列,打造出知名品牌、强势品牌,谁就能够赢得竞争,但传统的品牌建设思路忽视了供应链管理问题,应从供应链管理的角度思考品牌建设的策略,加强供应链运行有效管控,以品牌建设为战略手段提升供应链运行的质量,增强供应链的竞争能力,才能够培育打造出知名品牌、强势品牌,保证企业持续长久。
