Nowadays, in our country, the quality of product is in a low level, the ability of government supervision is lack of control, the level of enterprises inspection is low, the evaluation of consumers is missing, so we need to improve the status quo urgently. This paper analyzes the status quo of our country's quality supervision of the product, and talks about the problems existing in it as follows: severve multi-supervision phenomenon, inefficient administration law enforcement, insufficient regulatory ability, low illegal cost in quality, and this paper analyzes the factors affecting quality supervision of the product from the following three aspects: government's supervision, the examination of business and social consumers's evaluation. Finally, it develops indicator system of product quality supervision and gives some relavant solutions. It is of great significance to improve the product quality supervision status.%我国产品质量水平低下，政府监管能力不足，企业检验水平低下，消费者评价缺失，因此亟需加强改进。本文对我国产品质量监管现状进行分析，探讨了产品质量监管存在的问题：多头监管现象严重、行政执法效率不高、监管能力不足、质量违法成本低四个方面，并从政府监管、企业检验、社会消费者评价三个角度分析了影响产品质量监管的因素。最后，构建了产品质量监管水平指标体系，并提出相关对策，对改善产品质量监管现状具有重要意义。
