以职业院校管理人员的科研能力为研究对象，从队伍结构和思想意识两个方面，分析了管理人员科研倦怠的现状及形成原因，并提出了缓解和改善此种现象的建议与对策。%This paper takes the research ability of management personnel in vocational colleges as the research object, from aspects of team structure and ideology, analyzes the status and causes of management researchers burnout, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to ease and improve this phenomenon.
