工业制造企业科学地选择绿色模式有利于企业发现其绿色物流中存在的问题，提高绿色物流服务水平，降低成本，提高企业在行业中的竞争力。本文比较、分析了广西工业制造企业现有的绿色物流运作模式，并在此基础上从绿色物流模式选择理念的树立、科学的数据收集及构建方法的确定、绿色物流模式选择相关专业人才的培养等方面提出相关建议。%Industrial manufacturing enterprises should scientifically select green mode, which is helpful for them to find the problems existing in the green logistics, improve the level of green logistics services, reduce costs, and improve enterprise competitiveness in the industry. This paper compared and analyzed the existing green logistics operation mode of industrial enterprises in Guangxi, and proposes some suggestions from the concept of green logistics mode selection, scientific data collection determination of establishment methods, and training of talents of green logistics mode selection.
