In this paper, through analysis of the flat cross hole part drawing, a special jig is designed to be used in CK6136S type CNC lathe processing in mass production. In this way, the CNC lathe processing range is expanded, the form tolerance requirements are guaranteed, and the technical requirements of the operator are reduced, thus the production efficiency is greatly improved.%本文通过对扁体十字孔零件图分析，在大批量生产时，设计专用夹具在CK6136S型数控车床上进行加工，不仅扩大了数控车床的加工范围，保证了形位公差的要求，而且降低了对操作者的技术要求，大大提升了生产效率。
