浅析厦漳跨海大桥建设工程施工阶段进度管理

         

摘要

The sea-crossing bridge construction is a kind of technology and capital intensive project, with the characteristics of large investment, long period, complex geological conditions, more water operation, and more participation or stakeholders etc. Effective monitoring of project quality, safety, schedule, cost and contract to make project management objectives clear, responsibility in place, standards unified, procedures reasonable and operation efficient, are the main contents of project management. The project schedule management covers the schedule control goal setting, control content, schedule planning, tracking and adjustment and so on. In this paper, combining with the project management experience of Xiazhang sea-crossing bridge, it analyzes and discusses the establishment of the progress information system, schedule influence factors analysis and effective measures for the progress control, so as to provide experience and reference for progress management work standardization, systematization in similar engineering constructions.%跨海大桥建设是技术、资金高度密集型的项目,具有投资大、周期长、地质条件复杂、水上作业多、参建或利益相关方多等特点。对工程质量、安全、进度、费用和合同实施有效监控,使项目管理工作目标明确、责任到位、标准统一、程序合理、运行高效,是工程建设单位项目管理的主要内容。其中,工程进度管理涵盖了进度控制目标的设定、控制内容、进度计划编制、跟踪及调整等内容。文章结合建设方厦漳跨海大桥的工程管理实践经验,在工程进度信息体系的搭建、进度影响因素的分析及进度管控的有效措施方面进行分析和论述,为类似工程建设施工阶段的进度管理工作标准化、系统化提供经验借鉴。
