Under the currently tense employment situation, entrepreneurship has become the main way of employment for students. In this paper, aiming at the problem of"theory, formalization"existing in most of university entrepreneurship education curricula, and from the characteristics of the course, it takes an curriculum optimization design for course structure and course content. By adding content of practice athletics, the entrepreneurial skills of students will be trained, and the entrepreneurship education effect will be effectively improved.%在当前紧张的就业形势下，创业已成为学生就业的主要路径之一。本文针对当前大多数高校创业教育课程“理论化、形式化”的现状，从课程特点入手对课程结构、课程内容进行优化设计，通过增设实践竞技内容来锻炼学生的创业技能，从而切实提高创业教育效果。
