面对现在水电站大量信息存储与管理困难的现状，本文提出了利用三维GIS技术对水电站进行科学有效的管理。阐述了Skyline平台下三维场景的生成过程与方法，采用C/S架构与数据库技术，设计开发了三维水电站地理信息系统。%In the face of the current situation of large amount of information storage and management difficulties of hydropower station, this paper puts forward a scientific and effective management of hydropower station using three-dimensional GIS technology. It describes the generation process and method of 3D scene based on Skyline platform, and adopts C/S architecture and database technology to design and develop a GIS.
