In this article, we focus on the creation of Simulink blocks by using MATLAB simulation model and carry out the flow calculation by using powergui interface. Finally, the results obtained by the simulation results are compared with the results obtained MATLAB programming and Matpower. It is found that the results of power flow calculation for the same power system with different methods are approximately the same.%本文主要讲述了用MATLAB中的Simulink模块建立仿真模型，利用powergui界面来进行潮流计算。最后，把Simulink仿真所得的结果与MATLAB编程、Matpower所得到的结果进行对比，可发现用不同的方法对同一个电力系统进行潮流计算时，所得到的潮流计算结果大致相同。
