通过分析国内外12个现有宜居城市评价指标体系，采用归纳法和统计法，统计计算其中各级指标的重复出现比率超过30%的指标，最终对宜居城市评价指标体系进行重构，已达到完善我国宜居城市评价指标体系、使其各级指标设置更加合理的研究目的。重构后的体系分为三个层次，包含1个一级指标，7个二级指标和34个三级指标。并创新性的在每个指标层中加入“居民满意度”这一主观评价指标，使整个评价体系主客观评价结合、定性定量分析并存。%To perfect the evaluation of China's livable cities and set up indicators more reasonable, induction and statistical methods were used to sum up the indicators at all levels which repetition rate exceeded 30%in 12 existing metric systems of livable cities from home and abroad, and remodel a new system. The system is divided into 3 levels:1 primary indicator, 7 secondary indicators and 34 thirdly indicators. It adds a innovative subjective indicator———"esident satisfaction", in each index layer to make remodelled system include subjective and objective assessment and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
