公路沥青路面现场热再生技术及经济性分析

         

摘要

随着我国经济快速的发展,我国公路事业得到了不断地提高,在很大程度上提高了人们的生活质量。与传统的公路相比,沥青混凝土路面具有防噪、防尘优点,并且路况良好,所以,沥青混凝土路面在我国公路建设中得到了广泛的应用。但是随着车辆数量的不断增加,货车超载现象的存在,造成了公路路面裂缝、车辙等病害的产生,从而影响着公路的通行。传统沥青路面维修保养普遍采用挖补和铣刨重铺工艺,致使大量的旧沥青混合料被废弃,而且每年还要消耗大量的新沥青和石料,造成很大浪费并污染环境。沥青路面现场热再生技术的出现改变了这种状况,这项技术和传统的沥青修复技术相比存在着十分明显的优势,其能够对旧料进行充分合理的应用,同时在施工的过程中也不需要耗费很长的时间,在我国的市政沥青道路维修保养中,这种技术已经成为路面病害修复十分有效的一种技术,得到广泛推广,取得非常好的经济及社会效益。%With the rapid economic development, China's highway industry has been constantly improved, which greatly improved the quality of life. Compared with the traditional roads, asphalt concrete pavement has noise canceling, dust resistance and other advantages, and the road condition is good, so the asphalt concrete pavement has been widely used in China's highway construction. But the increasing number of vehicles and trucks' overloading result in road surface cracks, rutting and other diseases, thus affecting the road traffic. The traditional asphalt pavement maintenance usually adopts patching and resurfacing milling process, resulting in waste of a large number of old asphalt, and consumes a large amount of new asphalt and stone each year, leading to tremendous waste and environmental pollution. Hot In-place Recycling of Asphalt Pavement changed this situation. Compared with the conventional asphalt repair technology, this technology has very obvious advantages, which can take full and reasonable use of old material, and it is tine saving. In China's municipal asphalt road maintenance, this technology has become a very effective technique of pavement disease repair, and has been widely used, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
