自动化立体仓库一轨双车的调度策略仿真研究

         

摘要

This paper mainly carries out the simulation research of dual-shuttle in automated warehouse. The scheduling of dual-shuttle is used to relieve the possible blocking phenomenon of the system during the peak period of operation and improve the working efficiency of the system. This paper presents the different application model that is established according to the strategy, uses these models to deal with problems of dual-shuttle that may arise in the scheduling process. Finally, through the simulation, the reliability of the model is verified, and according to the simulation results, the operation of the two cars is reasonable, the transport task can be efficiently completed, the work efficiency has been significantly improved.%文章主要对自动化立体仓库中一轨双车的调度策略进行仿真研究,通过对一轨双车的调度来缓解系统在作业高峰时期可能出现的堵塞现象以及提高系统的工作效率。文章介绍了在双车运行过程中可能出现的各种情况下的调度分配策略,根据策略建立不同的应用模型,利用这些模型来应对在调度过程中可能出现的各种情况。最终通过仿真对模型的可靠性进行验证,根据仿真结果,两车运行合理,能够高效的完成运输任务,工作效率有了明显的提高。
