深化校企合作提高应用型人才培养质量

         

摘要

In recent years, China continued to deepen the reform of higher education, and has achieved a number of results. But there is still a gap compared with the open and profound education reform of developed countries. In particular, the applied undergraduate engineering universities are generated accompanied with the popularization of higher education, who focus on undergraduate education and aim to cultivate applied talents. As a new form of higher education, China's applied undergraduate engineering universities have developed fast in number, but still in the initial stage of exploration on connotation construction. The lagging connotation construction has affected the quality of personnel training future development potential in varying degrees. This paper, taking applied ability training as a main line, establishes a new model integrating undergraduate academic education and vocational literacy education, consolidates and deepens the school-enterprise cooperation 3+1 training mode, comprehensively promotes the"professional+enterprise group"platform, school-enterprise cooperation ,and industry-university-research cooperation. At the same time, school training and school-enterprise cooperation are both emphasized, to improve the quality of applied talents training.%近年来,我国高等教育改革不断深化,取得了一批改革成果。但与发达国家教育改革的开放性和深刻性相比,我国的高等教育还存在一定的差距。特别是,应用型本科工科高校是伴随着高等教育大众化产生的、以本科教育为主体、以应用性人才培养为突出特征的一种新型高校。作为高等教育的一种新形式,我国的应用型本科工科高校虽然在数量上有了极为迅速的发展,但在内涵建设上基本还处于初步探索阶段。而这种内涵建设的相对滞后,已经在不同程度上影响了这类学校的人才培养质量和未来发展后劲。本文主要以应用能力培养为主线,确立“本科学历教育与职业素养教育”相融合的新模式,巩固和深化校企合作3+1培养模式,全面推进“专业+企业群”平台、校企合作、产学研用相结合。同时,推进课程服务专业和课程转换,把“新与实”引入教学之中,进教材、进课堂、进头脑,建立起校内培养与校企合作并重的培养模式,实现人才培养模式单一化向校企合作共同培养的二元机制转变,从而提高应用型人才的培养质量。
