Aiming at the complex ore-body, the use of sensitivity analysis and break even analysis show that through controlling the cost of mining, the economic benefit of mine can be significantly improved, the ore dilution and loss indexes of the mine are reduced, the additional investment and production capacity are improved and the good economic effect can be achieved by other measures. The mining program which is intended to use has high operational anti risk ability. The uncertain analysis method has a positive guiding significance for the optimization of many mining methods of the complex difficult mining ore which has similar advantages and disadvantages.%针对复杂难采矿体，通过运用敏感性分析和盈亏平衡分析可知，矿山通过控制采矿成本可显著提高矿山经济效益，减少矿石开采中的贫损指标及追加投资提高生产能力等措施能取得良好的经济效果；拟采用的开采方案所能承受的经营抗风险能力强，不确定分析方法对复杂难采矿体优劣相近的众多采矿方法优选具有积极的指导意义。
