我国旅游型CSA的发展策略研究

         

摘要

New agriculture based on CSA concept, compared to traditional agriculture, has the advantages of good ecological environment, multiple sources of production materials, and relatively perfect infrastructure. However, for consumers with traditional consumer habits, the risk of CSA is too high, resulting in the development of CSA in China that has defects. This paper takes the tourist as the consumer and combined with the development of CSA, takes consumption motivation of tourists to the new agriculture, to promote the development of China's tourism type CSA, at the same time to promote the optimization of new agricultural industrial structure.%基于CSA理念的新型农业,相比传统农业,具有生态环境好、生产资料多源,基础设施相对完善的优势。然而CSA对具有传统消费习惯的消费者来说,所需承担的风险过高,从而导致CSA在中国的发展产生缺陷,本文以旅游者作为消费者与CSA相结合发展的角度出发,以旅游者对新型农业产生的消费动机,来推动我国旅游型CSA的发展,同时推动新型农业产业结构优化。
